Please do not have your phone connected to Wi-Fi during this process.
Setting up Email on Android through the Outlook app
- Download the Outlook App
2. Open the Outlook App and click "Add Account"
3. Enter your Legend email account (Ex. firstname.lastname@legendseniorliving.com)
4. Click "Continue"
5. On the "Connect Exchange" please fill in the following:
Email Address: Firstname.lastname@legendseniorliving.com
Password: Your personal password used to sign into your computer
Description: We can leave this box alone
Server: mail.legendseniorliving.com
Domain: legend
Username: Firstname.lastname
6. If this is done correctly, you should be signed in. When asked to add another account, click "Maybe Later."
Setting up email for Android phones with older version of Android.
1. Go to Settings on your phone
2. Find "Passwords & Accounts"
3. Click "Add Account" (May need to scroll to the bottom of the page to find the option)
4. Click "Exchange"
5. Fill in the following information: Email, Password (Same as the computer password), Domain\Username (Use a backslash), Server
(Example Photo below)
6. If all of this is done correctly, you should have your email sent to your dedicated email app on your phone.
