Click on File Explorer


  Locate the list on the left in the new window.

 




Click on this PC and find  the U drive will be listed towards the bottom of the list. 


Drag and drop it to desktop to create shortcut

 

 

  1. Quick Access from the desktop to your U drive is now available

 

 

Once created start saving everything you work on to the U drive. Also you will want to work out of the U drive as well so any changes you make to documents are saved and changed within the U drive and not somewhere else.
