Sometimes Relias has issues when selecting Start or Resume on a course. If you try to start a course and it shows a loading screen, only to kick you right back to the screen you were just on, following these steps should resolve the issue:




Instructions for Edge:


1. Click on the lock in the upper left hand corner by the website URL:







2. Click on Cookies and site data:





3. Click on Cookies:




4. Click on the top cookie and click Remove. Repeat until there are no more cookies left, and then refresh the page:




5. Log back in, and the courses should load now. If there are still issues, email [email protected]




Instructions for Chrome:


1. Click on the switch icon in the top left next to the website URL:



2. Click on Cookies and site data:



3. Click on Manage on-device site data:



4. Click on the trash can next to each listed item, then click Done and refresh the page:
