If the Billing or Reports dropdown on Vitals ever stops working, follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
1. Click on the Lock in the upper left by the URL:
2. Click on Cookies and Site Data:
3. Click on Cookies:
4. Click on the top cookie and then hit Remove, REPEAT UNTIL THERE ARE NO REMAINING COOKIES
5. Once all cookies are gone, click Done
6. Refresh the page. You may have to log in again, and the dropdown should be working!
